SMC Valentine’s Day Discount Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to SMC Coach Hire whose website address is http://www.smccoachhire.com. The “Discount” refers to “Valentine’s Day discount code” (ILOVESMC24 = £50 off your booking when customer books for a Wedding, Stag Party or Hen Party).

By entering the discount code, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All bookings with that code must be received by 11:59pm on 14/02/2022. Anybody who uses the code ‘ILOVESMC24’ and must make a booking for a Wedding, Stag Party or Hen Party in Great Britain (including Northern Ireland), any other type of booking that uses this code will not be counted.

The Promotors discount code with entry via the enquiry form are open valid to customers who book coach and minibus hire for a Wedding, Stag Party or Hen Party of Great Britain (including Northern Ireland).

• Total cost of booking must be over £300 before applying the discount.

• Entrants will be required to pay for their booking to receive the discount.

• Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

• Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.

• Instagram, Facebook or any other third-party company are not in any way affiliated or involved in the discount.

• Only one entry per person per booking will be accepted.

• If the same customer wishes to book again for a new coach hire booking, e.g Hiring a coach for a Stag Party and then booking a coach for a Wedding on a separate booking, the discount can be used for each booking.

• Each entrant shall enter the discount code via the enquiry form and must have entered their details on the form and must be visible on our database.

• The Promoter will not be held liable if the named discount(s) becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

• The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of booking(s). The Promoter takes no responsibility for any booking(s) which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the discount or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the discount in question.

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the discount(s) for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

• Discount(s) are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No other alternative is available. The £50 discount can only be taken off the booking made with the discount code and cannot be transferred as a cash prize.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the discount or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

• The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
